Restaurant Japonais Hashimoto — Restaurant in Geneva

This restaurant has seriously good product, knows how to prepare it, and has a nice quaint atmosphere. It really reminds me of Japan. High attention to quality, but with prices to match. Do not go to this restaurant thinking you will pay the same price as some of the fast casual sushi places around the area. Go, expect high quality, with matching prices.

I particularly loved the Fatty Tuna, Scallop nigiri, and seaweed salad. The fatty tuna melts in your mouth, the scallops have a burst of sweetness that is off set by rice and seaweed. I would definitely go back again.
