It seems the restaurant owner might have asked friends for positive reviews and high ratings, but I'd like to share a different perspective based on my personal experience working there for four months in 2022.
For a long time, I hesitated to write about my bad experience because I felt it might be unfair, especially since I later found happiness working elsewhere. However, I now believe it’s important to offer an honest review.
Unfortunately, I don’t think this restaurant deserves a four-star rating. The pasta and most other products aren't fresh, primarily due to financial issues the restaurant has faced since the pandemic.
Although the chef may appear welcoming, especially to European guests, but actually there’s more beneath the surface. Staff turnover is high, and it’s not only due to financial concerns. During my time there, I often witnessed and experienced behavior from the chef that could be described as xenophobic, harsh, and even abusive.
