Best coffee and vibe in Lausanne. I love this place. The people who run it are architects and it shows, every little detail is considered in the drinks, food, design and overall vibe. The food is exquisite. Itâs the kind of sandwich, soup, salad or coffee youâll dream about next time you head to town. Then you get here and they swapped things around and youâll fall right back in love with the new thing on the menu. The thing you are here for is not that vibe though, itâs for the menu. I went for breakfast, having a cortardo, a Kouign Amann, a V60 and a bun nature. All were superb, but especially notable were the V60 and the Kouign Amann. The V60 was smooth, calm, full of flavor without attacking the palette the way the acidity in coffee can sometimes do.
