Well, I’m usually not the one to complain too harshly but my “visit” there was a joke. I ordered a Latte with Soy Milk and Syrup for a whopping 7,50CHF and pretty much everything that can be done wrong to that coffee was wrong. I ordered what they consider a large one but the cup was not even filled half way and the milk was poured into the coffee right out of the fridge. As the coffee content was quite small anyway, the Latte and the foam were cold as well. Working in the customer service industry myself, Iwould personally understand a lapse like that if they were busy but there wasn’t a customer anywhere around and the two employees were bored to death and in my view plane old lazy. I ordered the Latte via the touch terminal, as English skills aren’t a strong suit in the French speaking world it seems, so technically I should have been able to just pick up the Latte but when I got to the PickUp-Point, first I had to wait to actually be noticed (again…No one else around) and then I actually had to point out that I had ordered via their terminal. Furthermore the employee didn’t show any emotion whatsoever and simply couldn’t be bothered which clearly showed in the Latte. So basically what I got was a cold Latte of which the cup was barely half full, with terrible service and for a far too high price. Read moreLors de mon passage le dimanche 22 décembre à 13h, j’ai été impressionné par le professionnalisme du serveur. Bien que l’endroit soit bondé et qu’il soit seul à gérer les commandes, il travaillait avec une rapidité incroyable tout en restant poli et accueillant.
Mon avion avait déjà du retard, et j’avais un train à prendre, donc je n’étais pas sûr de pouvoir être servi à temps mais j’étais prête à prendre ce risque car je ne suis jamais déçu. Il a réussi à gérer la foule avec efficacité. Une dame derrière moi, qui était dans le même avion que moi et qui semblait aussi pressée, a demandé à être servie en priorité « euh vous pouvez vous dépêcher parce que je vais être en retard là » Il a accepté de l’aider rapidement. Cependant, elle est ensuite allée s’installer à une table, montrant qu’elle n’était pas si pressée que cela, ce qui aurait pu frustrer les autres clients et bien évidemment le serveur lui-même.
Malgré ce type de situations, le serveur a gardé son calme et a continué à gérer la file avec professionnalisme. Un grand bravo à lui pour son travail exceptionnel dans des conditions aussi...
