The store was understaffed with only one employee. She takes orders, cleans tables, serves food and registers at the same time. The shop is too busy to care about customers. I waited outside the store for twenty minutes to put away the table. It took me 30 minutes to get an order. The order was finished and there was no food for half an hour. I went to ask the shop assistant how long she need, and her impatience was annoying. You shouldn't vent your bad feelings about busy work on your customers. She said there was a whole table of food to go before me. But I ordered earlier than those people. Maybe there's more of them. It's a big deal. By the way, the room is particularly hot and crowded, and the smell of smoke in the kitchen is also transmitted. I had no idea how the store tasted as I chose to leave after waiting 90 minutes in hunger. They charge tap water for 5 per cup / 7 per bottle from the sink!!! I and my daughter had a half cup of sink water and paid $12!!

They don’t serve water or drinks. It is self serving for water from dishwashing sink. The owner(only Chinese speaking lady) took tab water kindly from sink in the bottle when i tried to find water, and I didn’t expect it for payable. But the server charged $12 for tap water. It was ridiculous and more expensive than evian.

I received a response from owner below. I would characterize one and half hour waiting with no food served at all abnormal no matter how authentic it may be.
