Coop Restaurant Löwencenter LU — Restaurant in Lucerne

We eat in Coop Restaurants almost every day and this is the first time I need to write a review about it. We had the meat of our choice on the biggest plate, and the Chef filled up the plate with a lot of fries even though we told him we didn’t want so much because we wanted more vegetables from the buffet. As we were taking some veggies, he ran to us screaming to not take more than one vegetable! The plate was FULL of fries that we didn’t ask for so we kept choosing some more veggies. Then he ran again to us shouting to not overfill the plate and also touched my schnitzel with his BARE HANDS to show me that the plate is full. We were shocked with his rude tone, unprofessionalism and attitude. He definitely ruined our day and will never visit this store again. Teach your chef how to connect with customers. This happened on 14.02.24...
