This evening I've been for the first time at this restaurant with my friend and I would love to share my experience as actually it was not best of it. Good service as waiters but on the food I've been very disappointed. I asked the waiters what they will recommend as pasta without tomato sos so in the end I have decided to order the pesto spaghetti as the waiter promised me that doesn't contain lot of oil. 5 minutes later I received my food and I've been very surprised because is takes usually around 10 min to boil the pasta, so I realized that wasn't as fresh I expect it so maybe was possible they will just warm it up. I received my pasta and guess what .. my pesto spaghetti was full with oil and my friend bolognese as well. We were very hungry so we eat more or less 1/2 of it. When the waiter came to us to ask if is everything alright and we enjoy the food actually I showed him the my plate had lot of oil in it. He asked if he should bring me another plate but we actually didn't want it as we were already very disappointed. In the end nothing change and there was not giving any options to fix the situation. The service is friendly. They do have a nice wine menu from Italy. Definitely more than 4 stars but not 5. Nice terrace but very close to a traffic road (noisy). Dieses Lokal auf jeden Fall vermeiden. Wenn man in der Gastro nicht weiss, wie Kundenservice funktioniert, sollte man besser das Lokal schliessen.
Als Sales von einem grossen Pharma Unternehmen esse ich jeden Tag auswĂ€rts. Meist mit Kunden wie an diesem Tag. Selber im Lokal Tisch ausgesucht und reserviert. Angerufen, dass es spĂ€ter wird (kann bei Ărzten ja mal vorkommen) und als wir dann da waren, war unser Tisch weg. Auf reklamieren hin, sagte man uns man könne ja woanders hin gehen. Daraufhin meinte ich zu meinem Kunden ob wir ins Gentile gehen sollen. Der Mitarbeiter oder war es sogar der total unfreundliche Chef persönlich?? nahm uns die Karten aus der Hand und meinte, wir sollen doch woanders hin gehen.
Wenn Sie es nicht nötig haben ist das das eine, aber diese UnverschĂ€mtheit ist in keinem Masse zu ĂŒberbieten. Ich hoffe die Kunden strafen sie ab indem sie nicht mehr so ein Lokal betreten.
