Stickerei used to be my favorite place to eat when visiting St Gallen for multiple years. Unfortunately, the last visit was really the last one ever. The burgers, once juicy and full of flavor, turned into this tasteless blobs of dry material. The offer also leaned towards vegetarian/vegan options more - for the sake of this place, I sincerely hope at least those taste nice because the burgers we tried absolutely did not. The smash burger was by far the most expensive bad burger I’ve ever ate - the whole thing did taste like a ketchup. The staff also became significantly less interested, and it almost felt like we were bothering them by choosing to spend money here. Judging by my past experience and the other positive reviews, this may have been very well a glitch on that specific day; nevertheless it was enough of a bad experience for me to not visit again. Einfach eingerichtetes Restaurant, besonders romantisch mit Kerzenlicht am Abend, um die Freundin/Frau auszuführen. Immer angenehm leise Musik im Hintergrund, bringt besondere Atmosphäre in den Raum.
Gut ausgewogenes Essen mit frischen Produkten aus der Region. Die Spezialität sind genialste Hamburger und Salate.
Die Burger sind richtig gut gemacht, Fleisch wo man was draus schmeckt und saucen zum Verlieben.
Die Salate sind wunderbare Kompositionen, mit Käse oder Fleisch/Fisch dazu. Da schmeckt man noch fast die frische Erde, aus dem der Salat gewachsen ist!
Diese ganze Regionalität spürt man natürlich preislich ein wenig, aber es sind nur zwei drei Franken. Zum z'Mittag kommt man mit 20 - 25 Stutz gut durch.
Als Dessert bei einem Date am Abend empfehle ich die Torten, welche aus dem Kfi Franz geliefert werden. Die Schokotorte ist sündhaft gut!

Really good burgers and the staff was super friendly and very respectfully entertained my terrible German (of course everyone spoke perfect English). I sat outside but inside looked really cosy and with a great atmosphere.
They have a wall full of vinyl and the lighting was just nice....
