Bratwurst & Bowls — Restaurant in St. Gallen

tldr; bratwursts yummy, service sucks, might be better at lunch.

We arrived more than an hour before closing time yet were clearly not welcome. The set-up is a bit confusing which didn’t really help. There is one counter for bratwurst and one for bowls and you can eat there or take it to go. We both got bratwurst which were delicious. They did not come in a bun, we were each handed a hunk of baguette to go with it. Ordered a burger with cheese and it was delicious. It was served in a heated bun and, from what I detected, it had BBQ sauce, Swiss beef, fresh lettuce and cucumber, a good amount of cheese, and fried onions.
