I stayed for a night on a cycling trip. The reservation check in and check out were professionally handled. I can't really comment on value for money in the context of Stein am Rhein. However the room was small and the breakfast poor by Swiss or German standards although acceptable in a French hotel. The most surprising thing was the lack of normal soap. Beautiful, peaceful stay! Rooms small & simple, but that's their beauty. All rooms have a great view of the Rhine or the town (see profile picture).
