Yesterday I went extra from Zürich to there as a guest of that company which I was with in the restaurant. Firstable we went there when we were 4 persons before the othere 25 Persons of our group also came in. We were 29 Persons. The service man (who weared glasses) was just friendly to the persons of us who has the responsibility organize that our pre-ordered food has to be served but the service just ignored us other 3 Persons. He was unfriendly and kind of arrogand. He left us stay thirsty. He was even the whole time arrogand and unfriendly to me. I recommend it to absolutely NOT TO GO. Unless you like it to be treated on a arrogand way and to be teated as dread and to spend more money than needed for finished products. I know exactly if it is a finished product or not 'cause I've been in a lot of restaurants and also in restaurants which has got the certificate of michelin. We even didn't get a pre-ordered dessert 'cause the cook overslept! So if my CEO ask me if I would go there again and if I recommend to go there for some food I'll tell him:"No! Hell not! Not even just for drinks! You just gonna waste your time and kill your nervs!"

Ich war Gestern extra von Zürich dahin gefahren und war Gast der Firma mit der ich zum Essen dort war. Wir waren insgesamt 29 Personen. Als wir zuerst zu 4. reinkamen war der Kellner (wo eine Brille anhatte) nur zu der Person freundlich und fragte nur die Person wo am 23.09.2021 teilweise die Verantwortung dafür hatte, dass wir das für uns alle vorbestellten Essen bekommen. Uns anderen behandelte er herablassend und ignorirerte uns. Wir wurden nicht mal gefragt ob wir etwas zu trinken haben wollen. Als die anderen 25 Personen unserer Gruppe dann reinkamen, hielt ich es nicht mehr aus weil ich am verdursten war und bestellte einen Orangensaft worauf der Kellner (mit Brille) schroff+unfreundlich zu mir sagte:"Ich sags meinem Kollegen." Wir hatten die gesamte Zeit über fast das ganze Restaurant für uns. Ausser uns waren drinnen 4 andere Gäste und draussen 8 andere Gäste anwesend. Das Essen war naja, nicht wirklich etwas sensationelles. Ich habe eine grosse Portion bestellt, aber bekam eine kleine Portion. Als ich fragte ob das eine grosse Portion sei bejate es der Kellner. Was ich für eine Ausrede halte. Das war eine Kinderportion. Ich würde es ja verstehen, wenn wir in einem Gourmetrestaurant gewesen wären. Das "Fischknusperli" war mehr Teig als Fisch. Der Vorbestellte Fruchtsalat bekamen wir nicht, weil der Koch verschlafen hatte. Das Karamelköpfli sei hausgemacht, was auch nicht stimmt. Es ist ein Konvenienzprodukt spricht Pulver aus der Tüte und die Karamelsauce aus der Flasche. Ich weiss es weil ich schon in jede Menge Restaurants Caramelköpfli, Créme Brulee gegessen habe und in gehobenen mit Michelin zertifizierten Restaurants gegessen habe.

Hätte man uns von Anfang an anders behandelt, würde ich privat wieder hingehen. Nur weil ich an einem Tag mal nicht selbstbezahle und eingeladen bin, heisst es noch lange nicht dass man mich wie Dreck behandeln darf. Gast ist König:in! Ich empfehle es absolut NICHT dahin zu gehen. Es sei denn man steht darauf arrogant, wie Dreck behandelt zu werden und mehr Geld als nötig für Fertigprodukte auszugeben. Wenn mein Geschäftsführer fragt ob ich nochmals dahin gehe und ob ich es empfehlen würde sage ich:"Nein! Verdammt nein! Nicht mal für einen Drink! Du verschwendest da nur deine Nerven und...

Peaceful place, very nice and intelligent waitress. In assortment you can find different variants of pasta and pizza, salads (green, mix or with tomatoes and mozzarella), juices, teas, beers, wine, whatever. Menu is not big, but includes everything for pretty everyone, who is just hungry and wants to chill with family members whether colleges. There is also opportunity to order 1 meter macaroni for at least two person, with all available sauces (vegetarian variants are also possible!). Don't hesitate and just try it! It will cost 27 Franken for each person, but, believe me, it's worth it! The only one thing I was missing is tomato soup, but it is not that bad ;). Crust crust crust : no no no.

Wasserfels is quite far from making a good crust for their pizza. Ingredients are fine but the base of the pizza couldn’t pass the test for us. Including our 3 year old didn’t take the second bite. We ordered a plain spaghetti with butter for her to save the day. And were charged 12chf for this small portion of plain noodles. Ice cream… nearly disaster. Pistachio flavor tasted nothing like pistachio. Strawberry flavor just as bad. Chocolate flavor was embarrassing for Swiss standards. Vanilla ice cream was acceptable.

Service was rushed and not pleasant.
