The coffee at this café might be good, but it’s absolutely not worth the humiliation I experienced here.
I arrived at 12:30 and ordered a single cappuccino. I was already having a rough day, and I realised that I had payed for the coffee twice. I approached the staff politely, showed them the transaction, and expected a simple apology or at least a professional response.
Instead, I was shocked when one of the staff members came up to me later and told me that I was “no longer welcome at the café.” She literally SAID THAT! She also claimed that I was “not allowed to stay for seven hours” I left at 6pm, throughout my stay I was quietly studying and minding my own business. There was no sign, no policy displayed anywhere about time limits, and no reason at all to treat a paying customer this way.
When I asked for her name to file a proper complaint, she refused to give it, saying her boss had instructed her to deliver the message of me not being welcome again. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is appalling. Being treated as if I was in the wrong is outrageous and disgusting.
Their issue seemed to be that I had stayed for several hours after buying only a single cappuccino. Had they simply informed me of any expectation to order more, I would have gladly done so. Instead, without a word of guidance or courtesy, they chose to tell me I was no longer welcome.
I’ve been to cafés all around the world and never encountered anything like this. This place clearly doesn’t value its customers, no matter how good the coffee is. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before supporting a business that treats...

But the waitress who served us today was lacking friendliness and service attitude that one was tempted to leave the location. If someone serves wich such a grumpy face, the overall atmosphere is serously suffering...☹️
Update 11.03.2025: The newly printed menu is a disaster for everyone who needs glasses or can't read small letters properly. Fully unintuitive one does not know where to look first. Whoever designed this irritating, paper safeing statement, should probably look for a new job...
