Restaurant Migros — Restaurant in Vernier

It has been 3 times that I ate at Migros restaurant in Balexert and all the 3 times the next day I woke up having digestive issues and running to the toilet...I am severely disappointed because the food is actually ok and I am vegan so obviously I eat only vegetables. I am a food scientists and kitchen chef myself so this makes me think that the conditions of the buffet are not respected, the food bacteria develops easily and fast given the number of people passing over this food, sneezing and coughing and the amount of time this food stays unprotected and exposed. It's not 30 minutes to 1 hour.... it's more like for 4-5 hours.....I am very disappointed, I am a Migros client myself and was extremely happy to see their restaurant in balex especially that they have so many veggie options...lesson learned, never eating...

Contestation concernant une interpellation injustifiée dans votre restaurant.

Je me permets de vous écrire suite à une situation survenue dans votre restaurant Migros Balexert( aujourd’hui 13h). Une employée ( la responsable restaurant , une dame de 50 ans rouquine et que de cheval) m’a demandé de quitter les lieux, affirmant que j’étais en train de “pique-niquer”, alors que je consommais un thé froid acheté à l’intérieur de votre restaurant Migros Balexert. Le reste provenait du supermarché situé en bas.

Je souhaite exprimer mon incompréhension et mon mécontentement face à cette situation. Non seulement cette employée n’a pas pris la peine de vérifier l’origine de mon achat, mais elle m’a également accusé à tort de ne pas respecter le règlement de votre établissement.

Par ailleurs, je serais curieux de savoir où il est précisé que la consommation d’articles Migros, même achetés dans un autre rayon, est interdite dans vos restaurants. Si une telle règle existe, il serait pertinent de la communiquer clairement aux clients pour éviter ce type de malentendu.

Ps: je précise que j’ai demandé à parler au responsable qui se dernier a prétexté une réunion pour ne pas venir. À 13 h en plein service j’aimerai bien savoir si c’est vrai ….
