AMO e lino - Pizza Bar — Restaurant in Zurich

What a wonderful surprise this place was. Located right at Limmatplatz.

The salami pizza was perfect with a thin and crusty base and delicious salami. The friend that I was with had an incredible pizza that was a garden of at least 5 different tomatoes. The taste came from all of these fresh ingredients Iand was surprisingly great. They really do create some interesting and delicious pizzas. The wine list was small but ample.

The vibe was great. Everyone was friendly and Calabrian. We even got tiramisu to try.

A friend and I had a lovely lunch last week at Amo e Lino last week. Her salame piccante pizza was excellent, and my triple-tomato focaccia was very fresh and bright. (Focaccia, it was not, but it was still delicious.) Service was perfect and good wine. Even the waiter knew about wine which was great since I can share the same experience. About paying, there is ONLY card payments. However he helped me put. Thanks. The sign is so small, that not even the 25,year old waitress could read it.
