Auer & Co. — Restaurant in Zurich

Hosted in a redbrick building while the space is shared with a coworking hub, this cafe spot has a very interesting location. It's only a stone throw away from the nearest tram station Limmatplatz and hidden behind a theatre, all makes the journey of discovering it more fun.

The coffee beans used here seem to be from Cafe Noir, a famous local roaster in town. I ordered a flat white, very nicely balanced taste with extraordinary aroma. In someways I felt they represent the beans even better than the roaster.

Its interior is a mixture of metropolitan and industrial with modernist furniture. The staff are very friendly and laid-back, I assume this approach probably helps the entrepreneurs a lot. I could see people enjoying meeting up and having discussions here.

This is definitely a place I will take friends to and enjoy some creative vibe with...

We performed a voting process attended by 798 voters, and more than 800 people (some could not vote) in Auer & Co. on the 16 July 2017. We had everything we need to implement the long-day voting process. The space was fantastic, inside and outside. The salon we were recommended to seat in was just perfect. The team at the bar was very nice and helpful. The booking process was pretty easy. We are amazed with the cordiality, and support we have received from Auer & Co.! Just fantastic, no need to go somewhere else for any type of gathering, and this is in Zurich....

I used to come here often to work/study. the atmosphere would be great in theory, but the music has been so loud lately that the table literally starts to vibrate, and even my noise cancelling headphones can't dampen the volume anymore. Today I had to leave early, because my ears started to hurt from the loud music. It felt as if I was in a club. One time I even went up to one of the employees and asked them, if they could maybe turn down the volume a bit, and she literally laughed in my face and made fun of me together with her friend that was standing...
