Absolutely Disgusting! I can’t believe how filthy and unacceptable the restrooms are in such a well-known restaurant! One toilet was completely covered in feces — it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Another one didn’t even have working lights, and out of the three stalls, only one was usable — and it didn’t even have toilet paper! To make things worse, the sink barely worked and had no running water.

How can a restaurant of this reputation allow such horrendous conditions? People go to the bathroom to clean up, not to leave dirtier than when they walked in. Guests need to wash their hands before eating, not wonder if they’ll catch something just by entering the restroom.

This is shameful and a serious health hazard. Fix it...

I had a really bad experience at this Burger King. One of the female workers a woman wearing a black hijab was extremely rude and disrespectful to me while I was trying to pay.

I kindly asked her to speak more nicely to customers, but she continued acting toxic and unprofessional. I left feeling really hurt and emotionally exhausted.

I struggle with anxiety and don’t feel comfortable talking to managers, so I’m writing this review to let Burger King know this is not okay.

Frankly disappointing. The entrance staircase is a tripping hazard, completely unmarked. A simple yellow stripe on the first step would make all the difference.

The toilet code printed on the receipt didn’t work, and the alternative code given by staff was equally useless. I saw at least four people try and fail to access the loos before giving up entirely.

The Wi-Fi code didn’t work either, just to complete the experience.
