I was a visitor in this city in search of a place for brunch, that was an easy walk from my hotel and the Google reviews led me to Soul Creative Culture. I was not disappointed. Elias waited upon me and made sure I was warm offering me a blanket sitting in the outdoor patio area. Alas, I was still too chilled and retreated indoors where he set me up in a comfortable spot where I had a nice view of the outdoors. I treated myself to their pastrami sandwich from a quite eclectic menu selection. The bread was homemade, the dressing was homemade, and the pastrami cured from scratch! It was fabulous. The meat was so tender and melted in my mouth. Kudos to the owner, Dimitris! I topped it off with their Basque cheesecake, with its signature, “burnt” surface and creamy, yet light fluffy filling. Read moreAbsolutely phenomenal dining experience! The food was out of this world. We started with the ceviche made with the fresh catch of the day, tuna and it was so incredibly fresh and flavorful that we couldn’t resist ordering the grilled octopus next. Every bite was bursting with flavor…perfectly balanced, perfectly cooked. Truly immaculate.
The restaurant is tucked into a lively yet peaceful spot, right by the river with charming little shops just across the way. The view alone is worth the visit!
And a special shoutout to Alex, our amazing waiter, super friendly, attentive, and gave us spot-on recommendations. He made the whole experience even better.
The cocktails? Refreshing, creative, and absolutely delicious. Honestly, the only downside is that we found this place on our last day of vacation. We’ll 100% be coming back just to eat here again. A must-visit if you’re in...

The eggs were very runny as standard so well done would come soft. It was the only item that they could do gluten free bread with which was home made and actually really nice. The portion sizes are very small here especially for the money but it was really tasty.
I happened to visit in a day with really nice weather and sitting outside was so nice with the shade of the forecourt.
The atmosphere was really nice, their cutlery and crockery was very nice. They provide house water which is really nice and cold so no need to pay for bottled water which helps as this place is a tad expensive but maybe not for Switzerland standards.
Would...
