Great Food and Recommended, Despite Some Shortcomings

I recently dined at this restaurant and had an overall positive experience. The food served was excellent, living up to its reputation. The flavors were rich, the ingredients fresh, and the presentation was impressive. It's safe to say that the culinary aspect of this establishment is its highlight.

However, I did encounter a couple of areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the service was a bit aggressive. The staff seemed hurried and somewhat pushy at times, which created a slightly uncomfortable atmosphere. A more relaxed and friendly approach would have enhanced the overall dining experience.

Another issue I noticed was the cramped outdoor seating arrangement. The tables were too close to each other, resulting in limited personal space. This lack of privacy detracted slightly from the overall ambiance and affected the comfort of the outdoor dining area. Perhaps reorganizing the layout or expanding the space for outdoor seating could alleviate this concern.

Despite these minor drawbacks, the restaurant is still highly recommended. The fantastic food and delightful flavors make it a destination worth visiting. While the service and cramped outdoor tables could be improved, they don't overshadow the culinary delights offered. With a little attention to these areas, this restaurant has the potential to be exceptional.

Shortly, one of the worst restaurant you could find in Zurich. Whatever your budget is, there are plenty of places around Zurich better than that. If you still decide to go there, you have a good chance leaving the place thinking you just got ripped off. At your risk :) Below I detail my experience.

First thing to mention, I was there with my girlfriend, who felt uncomfortable the whole evening as two persons part of, or at least acquainted with, the staff staired at her as if they never saw a summer dress. After we were seated, the waiter put on our table two small appetisers, some bruschetta toasts with tomatoes which were probably done 1h ago, as the bread was more like a spounge than a toast, and a cold/ dry piece of tortilla. The waiter took our order as if he had 1000 other better things to do. For a place where the bill for two was around 200 CHF, you would expect a bit more consideration, or at least some smile. The food was decent, but at this price, you could definitely expect better, and you will get better in most of the retaurants with this price range. Food is great, almost everything we had was really good. But service is far from good, or appropriate, or justifiable. Unfriendly, waiters that make you feel uncomfortable and awkward - I even had the impression it was somehow a reason to comment and behave more inappropriately because I was a woman and this feeling is unacceptable.
