Pyramids — Restaurant in Zurich

There are no words in any language to describe the splendid food we ate at this restaurant. The food arrived piping hot and smelt delicious even from a mile away. Our family aren’t used to Egyptian and Middle Eastern cuisine, however, I could wholeheartedly say that we have surely fallen in love with the dishes that we ate!

The restaurant interior design was breathtaking and one could truly tell that there was a keen attention to detail on their part when designing this wholesome restaurant, from the illuminating lights to the vibrant table cloth, the entire restaurant felt like another world!

Moreover, the service was excellent and the servers were especially kind and welcoming upon entering the restaurant.

We went with 1001 nights for two on the menu. I must say food was just average. Price point was ridiculous for that kind of average/below average flavor. Food arrived after a really long wait. What I'm most dissatisfied was with the owner constantly reminding us about our one year old who was very well behaved. Just do not appreciate the unsolicited advice on how to take care of a kid in restaurant. We are his parents after all. Felt more like the owner was trying too hard to please the other customers ordering drinks if you know what I mean. $$ Sorry not coming...

It will not be our last time to go there . We live in Berlin but visit our family in Zurich from time to time . I must say , the food was amazing . The owner was really friendly and his stuff too . They have the one of the best white wine there and their Egyptian desserts are also really delicious not so sweet but tasty nonetheless. They have a huge selection in their menu to choose from . As for the place , it is very clean and gives you the Egyptian atmosphere when you’re there through the nice Egyptian music and their friendliness. Will definitely...
