We decided to try this other famous beef 🥩 noodle stall in Beitou located just next to Wu Jia Beef Noodle (吴家牛肉麵）. This beef noodle taste is unique and the broth is delightfully savoury and very delicious. You may find yourself finishing the soup after eating the tender beef 🥩 and smooth noodles. I find the soup extremely beefy and lightly herbal. It has the perfect balance of savoury, sweet, meaty and herby. In my opinion this is one of the best beef noodle restaurant in Taiwan. Extremely hearty and satisfying bowl of soup. Homemade and hand cut noodles cooked perfectly al dente. Beef are cut just the right size while retaining the beefy flavor and right tenderness. The hot oil here is pretty good as it imparts a smoky flavor to whatever you put on it. The beef stock is pretty good, flavorful yet not gamey. Would recommend to give this place a visit...

紅燒牛肉麵 $170 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌖 紅燒湯頭跟軟又入味的牛肉塊 搭配彈性中Q麵 十幾年前第一次吃到就覺得是心目中 台北第一名的牛肉麵 / 白菜滷 $50 🌕🌕🌗🌑🌑 份量偏小又油又涼掉 沒有很入味，白菜有煮軟但沒有煮透 可以吃牛肉麵就好 / 以前在石牌時常來，後來搬走比較少來 離捷運有點距離 路過北投或石牌都會特地來吃 比外面那家或旁邊其他家好吃很多 十幾年來漲價不少 可能生意變好人變多，管理跟態度不好 中間陸續帶朋友來吃時，有些時候走味不少 後來因其他分店出包而打擊人變少 今天來吃覺得有回到當初的美味😋 5星鼓勵希望能平衡，一直保持初心不變的好味道
