This is a family run business, so they're very conscious about the quality and service. While the menu is only in Chinese, it does have pictures and Google translate works well. We had the pork, with clear broth and soy sauce broth(which was NOT too salty, another sign of quality), as well as the salad, with authentic Japanese style dressing. Both are delicious.
