Jhujian Taipei Zhongxiao 2nd Branch — Restaurant in Da'an District

In the beginning, I asked about the waiting time for the next seat. They only told me to clear the table, but they didn’t tell me how long it would take. Didn’t want to say the waiting time; I just waited outside the door for 20 minutes, but the staff let the next group get inside the seat, and they took the queue behind me. What kind of logic is this? I stared at the two staff at the counter with puzzled eyes. They didn’t inform me can get inside to take a seat until one of them couldn’t bear it. When l was ready to sit down, a tall waitress at the counter said not to take us to this area and then went to another seat that has not been cleared for us. What kind of logic is it? Let's take a seat, so why don't you just prepare it for us when you ask how long you have to wait 20 minutes ago, and let me stand outside the door and the next group cut in line? Only one male waiter took the initiative to ask for soup refills. One star is for this male waiter who is not serving this area to find out that we need to help...

I actually come to this restaurant very often. The food is great, but the service is absolutely atrocious! Service is very slow and the servers have terrible attitudes everytime but this time i had to leave a review because the lady serving our table had a really offputting attitude.

To be fair they dont have many people working so their attitudes and moods may be affected by how busy they are due to lack of enough staff.

So I gave a 1-star hoping the boss will pay attention to this review...HIRE MORE STAFF or get rid of the ones with terrible attitudes (particulary one female who served our table). This place...

Was okay I guessfood and service quality dropped drastically. I guess I'm removing this restaurant from my fav list. Had only 3 groups in queue but waited for over an hour to get our seat, and it was past lunch peak. Staff did not know what they were doing, cleaned and set up tables but waited for 10mins before showing customer in queue to the table. It happened twice..Sorry but I don't understand this...
