Mainly, the service was bad. After we were seated down, they just left us there. My friend had to walk up to the counter to ask for a menu. They told us someone will come to take our order. But no one came, and we had to flag down a waitress to take our order. We ordered two beers and two burgers. The beers came first after another long wait. At two points, my friend flagged down two respective waitresses and asked them to maybe check our orders because it had been long. The waitresses did nothing to confirm us about the status of our orders. We subsequently had waited an entire hour before we finally decided to just pay for the beers and leave. It was one of the worst service I have ever experienced. The reviews are obviously fake, but I had thought to give it a try. Well, it was a terrible mistake. I felt apologetic to my friend because the restaurant was my suggestion. Right afterwards, we went to On Tap for the rest...

The food: excellent, 5/5. The service: excellent, 5/5. The atmosphere: is pretty nice, even though sometimes the music is not to my taste, but overall it's good, so 4.5 /5.

The nachos with just melted cheese on top so it becomes gummy after cooling down for 30 seconds is one of the most outrageous things I ever seen, what the hell is this?

The beers are disappointing, they're mostly Taihu and Taipei Brewing Co.

Prices are quite high, because the quality of the food is rather basic (not bad though, just average).
