i was expecting much better quality given the price, so i’m a little disappointed. the salads were fine, but the pizza, which is supposed to be their specialty, was really subpar. their peppino pizza doesn’t have a tomato sauce base, so it’s just a bunch of cheese and salty ham that gets cloying really fast, especially because each slice only has like two small cherry tomatoes at most (some slices didn’t have any at all). the crust was also rather soft and gummy when it would have been much better if it were crispy. the minestrone was too light to the point where it felt like it was watered down, and the ribeye was tough and chewy. the only thing that was actually good were the pork skewers. i think another reviewer mentioned that as well which is why i ordered it. if you’re looking for excellent italian food at this price point, i recommend Gusto for pizza specifically and Sapori for general...

Went with what the servers recommended (super detailed explanations of the ingredients and flavours; kudos to the servers, very knowledgeable). Loved every dish! Perfectly seasoned (not too salty or plain), spot on with the flavours, didn’t feel heavy or bloated walking out the restaurant (could often be the case with Italian carb centric cuisine).
Tiramisu is a must order! Divine! Would return (when my wallet feels thicker again; yeah, the price tag isn’t something you’d be visiting weekly unless...
