評分偏低，但一看到裡面客人年紀都偏長就知道不能用評分判斷坦白說這裡評分偏低我猜主因是需要挑魚刺，還有店內流程不太明確魚刺這點我得提醒真的不少，雖然沒有細刺，可是滿多的，沒特別愛吃魚的人真的不要搞自己另外店門口會看到一群人排隊，其實是有分成外帶和內用兩個路線，但店門口沒有看到相關標示，負責內用的櫃檯人員說明也不算太清楚以這種有認真翻新裝潢的店來說，其實再多加這些指示不管對顧客體驗和店家營運都是更有必要的但餐點實際真的很不錯，訂價我個人認為也合理，就真的不太是年輕人會愛吃的菜色紅燒鰻最誘人的就是炸酥的魚皮，泡到湯裡增加濕度，這樣半酥半彈的口感不太能常在很多其他食物吃到跟砂鍋魚有一點類似，但皮的比例更高，魚肉本身也比砂鍋魚的更好吃魚肉的部分也滿鮮嫩的，不到土魠魚那麽韌彈，但也絕對比一般魚類更有口感湯頭是用川芎、當歸、肉桂熬煮的，我個人非常喜歡這個味道當歸和肉桂沒有哪一個搶戲的情況，比較像由當歸和川芎襯底，帶出一個甜味；肉桂主要提香，可是又不會有一般人懼怕肉桂的刺激味非常耐喝的湯，喝不夠也可以加湯米粉我覺得調味也有他好吃之處，有一個少見的鹹香，一般米粉不太會吃到，但又不是太特殊的味道，感覺是淋上炒得很好的蔥油米粉絲絲分明，整體偏濕潤，應該有淋上比較多湯汁，絕對不像很多隨便的米粉整坨結球乾巴巴的下次想吃看看魚卵類的商品似乎非常限量，看到很多客人來問，但星期日中午已完售

紅燒鰻最誘人的就是炸酥的魚皮，泡到湯裡增加濕度，這樣半酥半彈的口感不太能常在很多其他食物吃到跟砂鍋魚有一點類似，但皮的比例更高，魚肉本身也比砂鍋魚的更好吃魚肉的部分也滿鮮嫩的，不到土魠魚那麽韌彈，但也絕對比一般魚類更有口感湯頭是用川芎、當歸、肉桂熬煮的，我個人非常喜歡這個味道當歸和肉桂沒有哪一個搶戲的情況，比較像由當歸和川芎襯底，帶出一個甜味；肉桂主要提香，可是又不會有一般人懼怕肉桂的刺激味非常耐喝的湯，喝不夠也可以加湯
