The first visit was make at about 18:00, learned that at this time for walk-in customer is impossible, after that every visit made for walk in would be earlier than 17:00...

We ordered hotpot with beef, tendon and liver. The liver is the highlight because it was so fresh, smooth and tender. The hotpot taste was mild, tasty and not heavy. Also ordered stir fry beef with vege on rice, and other stir fry vegetables as well. Taste was...

本來是我心目中台北第一名的溫體牛 環境再怎麼嘈雜都還是不影響我對這邊的五星好評 但今天用餐的肉質跟湯頭都已經跟前幾次不一樣了 但最最令人不能忍受的是 服務品質幾乎是0 也好意思收服務費 點餐的時候親自把劃好的菜單拿給店員 店員拿走後跑去別的地方沒有馬上點單 我只好回座位、接著去裝醬料 結果店員點完pos 機之後 點餐紀錄也沒有拿給我或同行家人確認 就默默的把帳單塞在椅背後 我們坐下來一開始就點了某項熱炒 並非追加 等了快1個小時熱炒還沒上 但我們看桌上有貼說「熱炒要一次點完並耐心等候」 OK 我們也沒有催促！ 結果真的等到鍋底跟肉品全吃完了 問了別的服務生才知道點餐的人根本沒幫我們點到 但現在那個熱炒也已經完售==

真心覺得這家店的SOP...

牛肉新鮮好吃 湯頭很重要！好喝！ 空心菜炒牛肉可以吃個10盤 麻油牛肉的麻油配著湯一起喝根本絕了 醬料調制的也很剛好
