寧夏夜市千歲宴 — Restaurant in Datong District

Since Ningxia Night Market has a long history in Taipei, but many people don't understand that, the local groups decided to invent a kind of banquet to promote the local classic foods and stores since 2008. The banquet is called "Qian Sui Yan" (Chinese literally meaning is "Thousand Years Feast"), because it's assembled by twenty dishes from twenty 50 years old local stores (or stalls), and they are 1000 years old totally.

The banquet is provided only by reseveration in a specific restaurant on the street, and the price is NT$3500 for a table (usually for ten people). While the guests come and have their seats, all of the twenty dishes are almost made instantly by each stores (or stalls), and deliveried to the table from those stores soon, so the dishes are still hot as you jiust order in the stores (or stalls). If the amount of guests have pay more money (i.e. NT3500+), the amounts of the dishes would increase, too. The contents of banquet would be replaced every half years.

There would be a profession lecturer during the dining subjected to reservation. The lecturer would introduce the history of Ningxia Night Market, the local culture, and the foods on the table detailedly.

So far, this particular style of banquet can be only seen in Ningxia Night Market in all of the night markets in...

Was a fun experience, we tried most of the famous street food in Ningxia Night Market and even better to have them served in an air-conditioned room without queuing and it certainly was a bliss in the summer！ Reservation required...

多年前曾經吃過一次千歲宴，到解封後朋友們說想吃看看，就很快敲定時間一起吃一桌千 歲宴，位於寧夏夜市入口的2樓，入口算隱密，但還好有大指標可以引導

裝潢很一般，加上幾張大圓桌，就是內用的地方，牆上說明不一樣，也有一台大電視，集 結20家老店，平均50年，加起來超過1000歲，故取名千歲宴

菜單，一桌3500，一次會有20道小吃大家一起享用，所以菜單並沒有固定

這次有吃到菜色有潤餅捲，調味適當也沒有多餘醬汁，吃起來皮跟內餡還是有合在一起、 鬍鬚張魯肉飯，從業是起家的魯肉飯，味道還是不錯、章魚小丸子，剛考好吃來是酥酥口 感，還OK囉、蚵仔煎，甜甜的味道配上酥脆的煎皮，蚵仔也大顆、炒米粉，墊墊肚子還不 錯、炸豆腐，吃起來就還OK、大腸包小腸，一起吃下去還不錯、雞肉飯，飯蠻Q，雞肉也 嫩不柴、烤鳥蛋，還OK、炒飯，稍微油一點，也是墊肚子、蛤蜊湯、蛤蜊非常大顆，炒腰 子意外的好吃，大家有加點一次、水餃，菜比較多，雞排、厚實多汁的雞排好吃、烤中卷 野蠻不錯的、芋泥球，不是老芋仔但也還不錯，炸餛飩就OK、地瓜球，要馬上吃才好吃， 最後的愛玉綠豆仙草，吃完肚子也是飽到炸裂

最後就是人多還是可以嘗試的有趣體驗，因為不用排隊加上一次可以吃到很多樣料理，然 後主持人還會...
