I highly recommend this lovely diner to anyone fond of cold noodles. The noodles are chewy and cool to the right level, and the source is so appetizing and go well with the noodles. It made me and my friends have a strong feeling of nostalgia as cool noodles were a commonly seen breakfast back in our senior high days a decade ago. Read more4月來恆春已經開始有點熱了,我是谷哥地圖的重度使用者,所以在地圖上剛好有看到他們有涼麵,所以就過來這裡吃午餐。因為是在市區最熱鬧的美食區,所以停車不太方便,要到附近繞一下找看看有沒有停車的地方,如果是騎摩托車的話,對面就有空位可以停,汽車也可以停,但是附近有住家,所以可以可能不常有位置。小菜接近10種,當季時蔬有4種,因為我們沒有吃肉的關係,所以時蔬都有被我們選上,有龍鬚菜,秋葵,四季豆,綠色的花椰菜,小海菜,筍乾,唐心蛋,大部分都是用胡麻醬簡單的調味而已,飲料有紅茶跟冷泡茶包綠茶可以選,我們選了紅茶,覺得味道不錯,甜度適中,天氣雖然剛開始熱而已,但是正中午還是很有熱感,不過因為我個人喜歡喝湯,所以還是點了味增蛋花湯,鹹度適中,蛋花不會太熟而太硬,如果可以多加一點點的豆腐,海菜,還有蔥花,就更完美了,不過$35的價位,或許是我要求太多了,雖然有味增的味道,但是感覺比較像蛋花湯,還是希望至少可以多一點點的豆腐這樣會比較有價值感,涼麵點了堅果涼麵加10元換成紅麴麵,還有日式涼麵,我覺得堅果涼麵或許堅果有的價值讓它比較有加值感,但是堅果容易加入,日式的還有特別煎蛋,還有切絲,更費工費時,而且還加了柴魚,我們點的2種涼麵感覺都是使用日式低鹽醬油,算然都點來大份的,但沒有覺得麵的量加大很多。整體來說口味還算是不錯的,乾淨輕爽,但是覺得美中不足的就是數量有少了...
