Success Cafe is not only a spot which serves food, coffee & drink but also a playground for cats. There are three floors, the first floor is for dining and the 2nd & 3rd floor are for petting.
The decor is a fusion of Zen and Scandi Style with a warm & cozy vibe. It was a perfect & enjoyable place for afternoon tea or people who love cats so much. We love how they set up the area for cats since they design the environment from the cats’ point of view.
The options on the menu are not in a great variety but pretty decent as a cafe from light meals, drinks to desserts. We got their signature Tomato Butter Chicken Curry, Smoked Beef Croissant, Basque Cheesecake and Tiramisu with Vietnamese Coffee & Apple Sparkling Drink to share with a group of three.
The portion was great with a decent price and the taste was overall great. Our favorites were the Tomato Butter Chicken, which was flavorful & rich and the Tiramisu which was creamy & satisfying. Their drink was also refreshing, especially the...

The first floor is the Cafe portion and the second and third floors have tables but no one was sitting on them. The cats are friendly and sweet. We enjoyed the Cafe! Many cat cafes in Taiwan don't allow children but luckily this did and my kids thought it was one of their favorite parts of the trip!
Definitely recommend. There are 7 or 8 cats and they look healthy and well taken care of. It doesn't smell and the Cafe...

I was excited to come drink coffee surrounded by cats and study a bit but, unfortunately, I was assigned a table in a section of the 2nd floor where the cats aren't allowed to go (why does such an area exist in a cat cafe?). You can't change tables and I couldn't bring my drink into the 2nd floor lounge, so I finished my drink fast to go upstairs and sit on the floor. Employees seem to have to spend a lot of energy enforcing rules based on how the cafe is arbitrarily divided instead of rules that protect the cats. I think it would be a much smoother and easier experience for both the employees and the customers if the cats can travel freely between all floors and every customer changes into slippers at...
