December 2024: Great employees! They work hard! Terrible customers that use tables for books for hours and make it impossible to find a seat!

Update for April 2025: employees are still great and it’s only a little easier to get a table, but unfortunately it’s still having issues with customers that don’t respect a business. Too many people don’t order coffee and just sit a tables. It’s easy to order coffee, but you can’t enjoy it at a table. I prefer 23 Coffee Roasters with active management! I will always love Starbucks, but it’s become a place for derelict young people!

Update: things are back to the old ways. I could not get a table due to bags and books everywhere on 17 April...

The architecture and interior seem quite beautiful. Unfortunately, couldn’t get a chance to enjoy coffee there.

Had been there thrice but not able to get an empty table. Most of the tables are either occupied by personal belongings or people who just reading or playing phone without order anything. Some of the “customers” were there taking nap only.

I understand that the staffers may not able to do anything about it. But perhaps they could put on some signs to raise the customers civil awareness. After all, this is a coffee shop not a library or hostel or luggage...

This Starbucks has a long and narrow layout, with plenty of outlets along the walls—perfect if you need to charge your devices. However, it’s a popular spot for nearby students, so the place often feels like a library with people hogging the outlets.
