I was craving braised pork over rice (卤肉饭) and happily satisfied my cravings here! The ratio of pork to rice was a bit small for the big size, but it’s only 40 NTD anyway so I just requested an extra portion of meat for 30 NTD to share amongst us 3. Their poached egg is actually an overmedium egg but still good. We ordered stir fried vegetables too; it was only one vegetable, but just what we needed to balance out the meat and rice! The tables were pretty clean. Bathroom was a bit janky though to be expected for a hole in the wall.

Wait time of 45mins. Better to take away. Parking next door is 20 per 30min, our meal took us 1.5 hours including the wait time Edit: we went again. Much shorter wait for dine in if you go before 6pm. Rest day on Tuesday

花蓮和平路轉角的虱目魚店 牆上的菜單選擇非常多 不只有虱目魚 圖為 蝦仁炒飯 蝦仁味道吃起來普通 但非常平價 蒜泥白肉(30元) 給料大方 且不像一般小吃店淋上醬油膏 而是使用蠔油和薑絲川燙 口感軟嫩鮮味十足 滷肉飯 屬於使用的肥肉較多且口感偏甜的口味 入口後濕潤的黏膩感很明顯 蚵仔湯 喝起來普通 有點微酸 天冷時暖身的效果很好 虱目魚皮湯 無刺可以安心的吃 但有一點魚的腥味 蔥蛋 價錢較高 份量大 外皮稍稍的焦香有加分 調味也不會過鹹 蛤蜊湯 加上米酒現煮後的味道十分鮮甜 蛤蜊新鮮肉質Q彈 個人非常推薦 皮蛋豆腐 撒上了滿滿柴魚和魚鬆 雖然整體味道有點鹹 但價格一樣是便宜實在 切仔麵 (加滷蛋) 麵體本身不會軟爛 將整碗麵攪拌之後才吃得出香氣 有附上兩顆小貢丸 但因為泡在滷汁裡時間長了 吃下去很鹹 海鮮麵 可以說是店內各種海鮮的集大成 虱目魚、蛤蜊、蚵仔、魷魚、鮮蝦等等 還加上一顆蛋 全部都掺到湯麵中 每一口都有新的驚喜 不過湯頭本身沒有很入味 可能是沒有特別熬煮過的原因
