Sanyou Ramen — Restaurant in Jiaoxi Township

I tasted it before I check out from the Yamagata Kaku Hotel on 30 October 2020. I heard it is a ramen restaurant from Japan that only one in Taiwan, but I check it on Google that it's not true. We reservation on the night of 29 October 2020 for next day lunch. But the attendant makes a mistaken date until my wife received an SMS on her phone, he typos the date became 30 November 2020 lunch. We enter the store when it runs the business at 11:30 am. We order four bowls of three different types of ramen. I never drink a soup like a temperature so cold what my family all have the same feel. This restaurant is conveniently located across where we were staying. We were giving a table at the other quieter side of the seating area. They were attentive and accommodating to us and often provide us things without us even having to ask for them, such as cups of refreshing chilled green tea, cutlery and bowls for our kids and also when there are raw ingredients (like the semi raw egg in our tonkotsu) served in our chosen dishes, they pointed out to us and asked if its ok (im guessing cos we have young kids so raw items are usually a nono).
