Hotel Valletta — Hotel in Jiaoxi Township

As soon as we stepped out of the car when we arrived at the hotel, the porter was waiting to help with our luggage. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, prompt and attentive. It was drizzling outside and we were offered umbrellas. The hotel lobby was tastefully decorated with artwork and fresh flowers. ||We were in our awe as we entered our suite on the 9th floor, not only was it spacious, it came with all the amenities and more. Two televisions, one in the seating area and another in the bedroom. There was a fruit basket as well as a good variety of snacks and drinks. To our surprise, there was a good size hot spring tub on one side of the bathroom which we thoroughly enjoyed. The king size bed was very comfortable and the beddings feels cozy. The suite was immaculate and quiet. ||Our room came with breakfast. We were greeted with a friendly and welcoming staff who led us to our table. A good selection of food and drink was offered. ||This hotel is quite centrally located, a short walk to the bus station, Hot Spring park and restaurants. I booked two rooms for me and my family in beginning of April. We arrived at 3pm which is officially check in time, however, there were loads of people waiting in lobby and receptionist said ‘‘ there were too many customers last night and we don’t have enough housekeepers to make rooms on time, so you need to wait.’’ It’s not a big problem to wait, but they didn’t tell you when the rooms can be available. We waited for an hour and checked 3 times if rooms are available or not. Eventually they upgraded us to terrace hot spring suites to stop us from being waiting. ||Room is okay, big & clean.
