Shrimp Master — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

Great presentation & excellent decor. Food tasted good actually. The drinks were just so-so.

A nice idea, until you actually notice the food quantity is on the low side, and the variety of seafood is geared towards more “cheap” stuff. Overall, I’d say the CP value is low.

Besides that, another aspect is the rather poor and uncourteous attitude. The general vibe is a bit unfriendly.

A couple of other things: Even when the whole place was quite empty, it took almost 10 minutes for someone to come and get our order. Without any warning, or any spoken words, a lady quite rudely came and shoved an infrared thermometer at our foreheads. (I appreciate that there are trying to keep everyone safe but at the very least she should’ve said something e.g “Excuse me” Or “Bu Hao Yi Se”.)

Either way, I do not want to experience that again honestly. Plenty of restaurants in Kaohsiung who would treat you better for that amount of money. Food isn’t everything.

It was my first time using my hands to grab food to eat and it was so much fun. We did enjoy it. Also, the food was really scrumptious. One thing I want to mention is their "service". The waiter and waitress were so friendly and hospitable helping us to order some yummy dishes. Besides, they offer plastic gloves. If you need them, you can ask for them. There is lemon red tea that you can wash your hands to remove the smell after you finish eating. BTW the price is...

I have already tell the front desk what I felt in the lunchtime. 1.5 hours for group of 3 incoulding 1 kid to enjoy big meal is really short because we need to remove the shell, however other table make a request after reheat their meal and extend the time over 1.5 this unfair and force customers to leave the table when we not finish is really rude.I had complained about this to manager, hopefully can change and find a alternatives plan for...
