Read more🥩🍣 "On a friend-visit in Kaohsiung, I decided to treat myself to a wagyu all-you-can-eat shabu shabu experience at Wagyu Shabu – the name says it all.
Diving into the food, I went for the tier 1 court selection, aiming for the crème de la crème of meats. The waitress recommended the top 3 cuts, and we got two plates of each to start our meaty journey. The lineup included various cuts from Australia and America. But here's the plot twist: the top premium cuts didn't quite hit the mark for me. I found my meaty love in the tier 2 selection. Lesson learned – don't judge a cut by its tier! 🍽️🐄
A pleasant surprise was their wagyu nigiri. It's like a sumo wrestler in the world of sushi – hefty and satisfying, but it'll hog all the room in your stomach. We stopped at one plate to save space for more shabu shabu action. 🍣🥢
Midway through our beef exploration, we got a 'scratch and win' voucher and landed a set of abalone. High-end, sure, but they chewed like bubblegum's distant cousin – tapioca. Quite the chewy adventure! 😂🐚
Service-wise, the staff were like ninjas – dishes disappeared in a flash, and they were as polite as butlers at a royal dinner. 🕴️🍴
So, would I return? It's a 50/50. Do you need to splurge on tier 1? Probably not. But for a beef cut exploration with a friend who appreciates the finer slices of life, it's an experience worth trying. #WagyuWonderland #ShabuShabuSafari...
Read moreI recently dined at a hot pot restaurant specializing in Wagyu beef and had a fantastic experience. I opted for the spicy mala broth and the kombu broth, creating a perfect balance between rich, bold flavors and light, soothing notes. The restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat menu featuring premium cuts of Wagyu beef, pork, and chicken, all of which were incredibly fresh and tender. Each slice cooked beautifully in the bubbling broth, and the flavors were simply mouthwatering.
To top it off, their ice cream was a delightful surprise—rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor, it was the perfect way to end the meal. The combination of high-quality ingredients and excellent service made the experience truly enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying...
