每天早上開車必經的咖啡店，小小的很乾淨看起來也很溫馨，終於找機會走進去點了一杯拿鐵，才知道原來店裡全部都是手沖，平常喝慣機器沖煮的義式拿鐵，還在想著手沖的風味不知道如何。 整間店充滿了烘烤咖啡豆的香味，看得出來老闆對每個步驟的堅持，手沖的溫度、流速、水量全部都非常謹慎，唯一的缺點就是等太久，不適合趕上班的人~回到辦公室後淺嘗了一口，味道出乎意料的不錯，老闆選用的豆子風味非常適合拿來搭配手沖拿鐵，尤其是冷了以後咖啡的風味更凸顯出來，改變了我對手沖拿鐵的印象!!

배를 기다리며 비를 피해 우연히 찾아 들어온 곳에서 애정이 가득 담긴 커피를 맛보게 될 줄은 상상도 못했습니다. 커피에 남다른 애정이 담겨 있었고, 이곳에 오신 손님들 또한 온정이 가득하였습니다. 지롱에서 따뜻한 사람들과 맛있는 커피를 드시고 싶다면 반드시 여기로 오시길 바랍니다 :)
