Stumbled up Encounter while walking near the Keelung Train Station. The owner was friendly (bonus - speaks fluent English) and came out to see if I had any questions. I ended up enjoying their pumpkin soup and vegetarian pumpkin risotto. Both were delicious. I didn’t have the pasta, but the owner said they make all their pasta in-house. There are two floors and the second floor is quite spacious - great for a big group.

點了一個基隆海味燉飯、酥炸軟殼蟹燉飯、及酥炸脆薯，一份餐加138元升級B套餐，B套餐含沙拉、濃湯 、及飲料，飲料點了咖啡，總共花了1065元，是中價位的餐廳。 沙拉是一般的生菜沙拉，與一般三百元差異不大，今天的濃湯是綜合菇為底，雖然用了不少材料，味道有出來，但是不精緻。麵包是棍子麵包烤過，麵香味比常吃的舞麥㚠有段差距。點了一份酥炸脆薯，薯條是一般現成的薯條，炸得算成功，只是本來期望是馬鈴薯直接切條，進行酥炸，有落差。 主餐的基隆海味燉飯是裏面較成功的一道，有魚卵混合的燉飯，吃起來有海鮮味道，且有層次感，小卷新鮮好吃，點綴的蔬菜烹調剛好。酥炸軟殼蟹，麵衣太厚，蓋掉大部分的蟹味，有進步的空間，軟殼蟹的燉飯，蕃茄醬味太重，吃不出來其他的味道，吃太多就膩了。 咖啡是美式咖啡，很普通的那種，豆子似乎也沒有特別選過。 這是一家不用特別去吃的餐廳，還有服務人員周到，但是臉上有種無奈感，不知道為什麼。

哈哈哈看了好多負評 我是從FB社團看到來吃的 其實經過好久了 但裝潢真的不吸引我 我是食量偏小 超在意CP值 超吃服務 住基隆七年的中壢女生

其實對服務的負評都能理解 但總感覺我好像也能理解老闆🤣 感覺老闆就是個稱職且熱情的廚師 完全不是服務的料 感覺的出來都不是惡意的 只是木訥又不太善於相處 但又不知道為什麼要外場服務的廚師😂 不知道他穿的是不是廚師服 我一直感覺到他廚師的驕傲😆

這是基隆沒有的味道 我真的吃遍基隆的義式料理了 味道都差不多 最常吃義家之煮和洋城 說實在這家的料理吃起來是台北的味道 精緻、用心、功夫 很驚豔在基隆真的沒吃過 CP值剛剛好 省了一些裝潢 感覺花在食物上了？ 麵包+沾醬 基隆少有這種醬 但普通 南瓜湯 用心好喝（我是南瓜湯愛好者 奇怪的蛋（不知道名字😂超級好吃 好新奇清新的味道 番茄蝦子寬麵（不記得名字😂我不喜歡吃寬麵 麵本身也普通 但醬很用心 我吃起來是蝦殼熬過的味道 加上醃漬番茄解膩 但我前面還吃了點心 所以剩了1/3吧 紅茶 我是已飲料維生的人...
