The prawns in Chinese wine is fresh and delicious. Chicken in plum sauce is nice. The pork rib is a bit disappointing. Taste like The meat has been boiled and just top up with teriyaki sauce. Overall it is satisfying . Not bad value for money for the set meal with prawn, chicken, pork ribs, fried vegetables...

The restaurant is the hidden treasure among the Keelung restaurants: wonderful staff, lovely peaceful ambiance, and above all, delicious food. We have enjoyed our dinner tremendously and recommend the restaurant to all who look for top notch...

The prawns in Chinese wine is fresh and delicious. Chicken in plum sauce is nice. The pork rib is a bit disappointing. Taste like The meat has been boiled and just top up with teriyaki sauce. 這次雖然人也沒到齊 但聚餐人數來到31人 共19個大人12個小孩 選的是基隆的餐廳 🧡紅廚私房菜🧡 雖然沒有來過 但事先我有先在網路上看好菜單 然後先付訂金 我們訂的是4500桌菜加上每桌加點三個菜 ❤️餐廳環境 位於基隆市區 交通方便但停車不方便 建議坐大眾運輸或計程車或騎車 他的餐廳是二樓三樓 我們因為訂了三個大桌 所以排在三樓 阿嬤也很厲害的走上去 （沒有電梯老人家比較辛苦） （下次要有電梯或是在一樓） 🧡菜色介紹🧡 ❤️紅燒豬腳加麵線 生日要吃豬腳麵線，他的豬腳軟爛，口味不是很重，我們那桌有很多小孩，一下就吃完 ❤️鮮蝦三明治 這也是為了孩子們點的，但大人也覺得好吃❤️ ❤️私房雙爆（豆干絲+蒼蠅頭） 這個最後才上菜，但實在是非常下飯，下次要請他早一點上 ❤️花雕蝦 顏色和花雕香氣都很足夠，但因為每桌只有八隻，我就沒吃。 ❤️一雞雙味（脆皮雞&梅子雞） 我喜歡脆皮雞，外皮很好吃，但小孩們似乎喜歡梅子雞，甜甜的很好吃 ❤️川耳松阪豬 很清爽很好吃耶！雖然木耳不是我的愛，但是這樣搭配我還是吃蠻多的❤️ ❤️碧綠雙冬 菇很入味，青花菜非常翠綠，沒吃完也要帶回家。 ❤️水煮牛肉 是我吃過最清淡的水煮牛了，所以湯也可以喝，肉片很嫩！ ❤️百花油條 油條鑲蝦肉，非常好吃，外皮脆脆的又有油條的香氣，裡面的蝦漿很甜很好吃的一道菜。 ❤️鐵板豆腐 很下飯的菜，配料豐富。 ❤️樹子蒸鱈魚 鱈魚超好吃，連小孩都吃好幾塊❤️ ❤️酸菜白肉鍋 裡面的料非常豐富但是因為上來的時候我們已經完全沒有戰鬥力了😂😂😂所以幾乎都是包回家 ❤️結論 紅廚的口味在餐廳來說算是比較清淡，所以對於不想吃重鹹的人非常適合，菜的份量也不小，只是因為是老房子沒有電梯，如果有長輩和行動不便的家人不是很方便。
