What really stands out is the sweet chili sauce — thinner than most, but that’s exactly why it clings so beautifully to the rice, coating each bite with a sweet, tangy lift.

The Taiwanese-style crab soup is deeply savory and loaded with shredded crab meat, bamboo shoots, and black vinegar that adds a perfect punch of acidity. The broth is silky and thick, but not overly starchy — it pairs incredibly well with the rice.
