Completely and entirely devoid of employees who care about serving customers. They likely have been trained to keep eyes down and not solve problems. Despite planning ahead and an empty restaurant, the staff took 15 minutes to “find” our table. The waitstaff is overly reliant on a horrible online ordering platform. Multiple drinks have been ordered, and charged to us of course, yet never appear. Trying to ask the server to get the unfulfilled orders results in mass confusion. One drink was ordered at 6:20pm and after much cajoling and leaving our seats to chase down 3 or 4 employees, a missing drink arrived 35 minutes later. Please do not waste your money at this tourist trap and overpriced mood ruiner. Prost! Update: we ordered all three beer varieties—for real a beer garden what a disappointment—yet are consistently served only one variety of beer. We had a 7 people reserved table here. We ordered a combination meal which includes salad, fried food, pork ribs, and pizza. This meal is for 2-3 people so we ordered two sets of this meal plus two additional side dishes. I ordered draft dark beer which is very good! I really love the sweet after taste of dark beer. After the service, the staff will not pay attention to you. Even we want to make additional orders, it is really hard to catch the attention of the service crew. Probably because they are understaff and it’s a busy day. You need to use a qr code to order which is fine. But, there are some foods that are not available in the mobile version. Le Ble D’or: A Great Place for a Special Occasion

The restaurant was amazing. We tried the ribs, chicken winglets, salad, and juice. Everything was cooked to perfection. I really enjoyed the wings. The flavors they used were all appetizing and satisfying.

In addition to the food, the service was really great. They were on top of delivering and helping with our orders. The environment was also great with good taste in music. They had a lot of classical ballroom dancing songs going from cha cha cha to samba or salsa music.

If you have a special event or occasion, I would suggest this place. You will be getting the value for what you pay for. I would give it five stars...
