This is a great Taiwanese style steak house. To be honest, the good ones are thin on the ground these days. The owners used to operate this successful business in Taipei, but they relocated the to Tamsui because they live in Tamsui. Lucky Tamsui! You get great service and a nice atmosphere. My blade steak was cooked to perfection, and I enjoyed all of the extras. We really liked the fried rice, which they cook in small batches so it’s always fresh and tasty. Installing a microwave to make the soup a bit hotter would be a good idea. Definitely coming back with my Taiwanese family on the...

They took time to explain the source of the meat and how they don't use tenderiser on the meat. The serving comes with a salad bar and unlimited soup. I like that they don't drown the steak with goey black pepper sauce.

如果有10顆星，我應該會給10星 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 這應該是目前我覺得淡水最棒的一家牛排館吧，店內乾淨明亮，服務人員的說明也非常清楚，其實牆上也有說明他們的理念跟烹調方式！🤗 本人非常喜歡今晚的用餐體驗，肋眼牛排不調味的將軍牛排熟度恰到好處，上桌三分加熱到五分即可，好的肉品真的不用過多調味。蛋炒飯很優秀，粒粒分明鑊氣十足；沙拉區乾淨新鮮；各式牛排醬料應有盡有 南瓜玉米湯營養滿分好喝；基本冷熱飲麵包都不錯。 個人覺得算是找到寶藏店家，畢竟太多牛排店都是使用調味肉品，敢用新鮮原塊直接對決顧客舌頭的店家太少了 沙拉你說種類多嗎，還算可以，但最重要的是乾淨整潔每樣食材看起來都非常的新鮮，我覺得以這種教來講這個沙拉吧，已經算是一百分了！🥗 黑胡椒醬跟蘑菇醬吃得到店內的用心，用料實在味道豐富，已經好久好久沒有吃到如此口味不錯的黑胡椒醬跟蘑菇醬了！ 其實整體的用餐環境都很棒，但印象深刻的還是服務品質，外場人員不知道是不是老闆娘還是一般員工而已瘦瘦的綁個馬尾，服務非常的親切非常主動動作非常快，我猜應該是老闆娘啦！ 牛排真心覺得不錯，這次點的是肋眼牛排，下次再去想要點看看牛小排，或者是菲力或者是骰子牛試看看，反正這一家應該以後還會很多機會會去拜訪！ 高字數的評價來自於用餐的感動！
