We had the most wonderful meal here. Everything was delicious!

All items served were fresh and of excellent quality. Each course was steamed individually, at your table and served by their staff when it’s ready, so we were able to enjoy our food leisurely at its optimal temperature.

After the steamed courses of shrimps, squid, clams, vegetables (love fresh baby corn, down to the corn silk) and crab were complete, now flavorful broth is converted to an awesome hot pot.

But wait, there’s more! After enjoying a traditional hot pot with all the fixings, the broth has a third life as the base for the best jook ever.

We ate every bite. Nothing wasted. Nothing leftover. Rolled out of there very stuffed and satisfied.

第一☝️ 其實原本我會給予全部五顆星評價的 但是吃完回家後發現 怎麼我已經有給予店家評價？ 原來是店家自己拿我手機來做五星評價

這點完全沒有告知我，我覺得不被尊重， 怎麼可以隨意操作我的手機給予自己評價？ 是我回家後， 我的信箱跳出店家回應我的評價。 我才知道我手機不是只拿去兌換點數， 而是被私自拿去做其他用途， 除了給好評之外， 怎麼知道手機沒有被動其他地方？ 這點我不太能接受！！

我發現下面幾則都是我家人的手機被私自拿去評論店家⋯你們自己可以接受別人拿你的手機去google發表你不知道的評價嗎？

（家人是說：沒關係啦，當下就有發現他自己動我的手機，但他有給我們換東西，就當作沒有給好評是不能兌換東西的好了）

第二🥈 現場服務確實是五顆星，隨時換盤子，任何需求都可以滿足，也可能是當天用餐包含我們只有2桌，所以可以得到很好的照顧，但現場的感受確實是相當好。 也因為現場的服務，即使手機被亂動我很不開心，但還是給予4顆星評價。服務良好，適合帶老人跟幼兒親子用餐。提前寫訊息給店家，店家都有看，也有提早做好兒童餐具餐椅的準備。

第三🥉 餐點部分： 家人認為新鮮度約8分，有海鮮味但沒有到非常鮮甜多汁的感覺，可能少了期望中清蒸有的鮮甜味道。因為才剛帶家人吃完海港，有覺得還是略輸一些，但整體還是算新鮮。

可惜的地方：蛤蠣有非常多沙，我們家人最愛吃蛤蠣但有5-6顆有沙，店家有補一盤給我們，但還是部分有沙。然後最後煮粥時丟下幾顆赤嘴，但家人吃到粥也有沙子，可能這個問題要想辦法改善，小孩子看不出來，差點吃掉整顆黑色沙子的蛤蠣。然後蛤蜊不大顆，尺寸差了一些，感覺就沒有讓人驚艷跟有亮點，附近板橋的餐廳許多都提供非常大的蛤蜊，對我們愛吃蛤蜊的人來說，沒有期待想下次再吃到的感覺，比較可惜。

第四： 優點部分除了服務之外，還有可以使用ocard會員，壽星有協助準備蛋糕跟蠟燭慶生，非常貼心。上桌時有非常好看的擺盤，也十分滿足壽星的慶生感。會員贈禮當天也都協助兌換，家人共使用4隻手機也有全部協助兑點。四人入會禮加上2份壽星：兌換了6片牛肉、10顆蛤蠣、一隻中卷、一盤娃娃菜、6顆火鍋餃、15片豬肉。

以上兌換加上四人3980套餐，跟單點了2顆芝麻包以及單點一份花枝排，還有店家贈送蛋糕，我們四大兩小有吃飽，另外有外帶1/3鍋粥跟3-4片花枝排。

如果沒有兌換，可能是需要再多點一些海鮮才行，海鮮部分份量都中等，沒有到多，龍蝦跟魚也比我預想的小很多，火鍋菜也不多，四人餐火鍋的玉米只有一節，只有一個小孩可以吃到玉米，另一個沒有。大人可能是需要加點才可以吃飽的情況。

這樣四大二幼兒消費4884元，平均一位成人約需要1100-1200元。（兩個小孩分食一碗白飯，白飯需要額外計價）

第五 優點部分：飲料有無限的檸檬冬瓜飲跟巧克力冰沙。（其他飲料都要額外加價）

整體來說，如果沒有擅自使用客人手機的部分，或者有提早告知說：幫您用手機給予店家五星好評可以嗎？差一句話感受差非常多。 餐點內容跟價位，是可以接受。

白飯要計價是缺點。 （只是可能沒有兑點的話需要加點一人拉高至1500-1800，才會覺得海鮮的份量足夠。家人表示沒有兌換點數會覺得吃不飽，大家都在客氣說每道吃一些有吃到就好，而且白飯還要加錢）

但蒸天下服務真的是少數店家可以做到的，非常客氣跟照顧客人的需求，隨時可以注意客人用餐狀況，這點還是贏過許多店家。
