Hotpot is ok. I think the selling point of this restaurant is the variety of high-quality imported meat.
Good: Delicious meat. Thicker than general size I have in others. Veggies are fresh.
Not-so-good: The base price does not come with any featured flavor of soup. You have to pay more to upgrade. Veggie plate only serves veggies literally. No shrimp, no clam, no dumplings. Just veggies.
I ordered pork hotpot served with local pork meat. Plus a minor upgrade of soup with 30 TWD. So the overall price goes up to about 400 TWD. Honestly, price is a little bit higher.
Considering the price point and served food, I'd rate it as 4 stars.
Note: Restaurant does offer beverage bar including coffee, fountain juice, etc. I know that someone must love then so those will be definitely...
Read morePro: good quality of a variety of meat/seafood and excellent soup bases, We tried 4 different types and they were all very delicious. Manager Hsiao is super friendly and very patient. She made several suggestions which turned out to be wonderful choices. We were able to get the "Meat Cake" for a Birthday. plenty of choices for drinks (non-alcohol).Coffee was good.
con: There were tiny fruit flies(?) unfortunately. Not too many, but was kinda annoying. There was a mistake on our bill. But they were able to correct it after we pointed it out.
Overall, we really enjoyed our experiences there and are grateful for the wonderful service provided under the leadership of Manager Hsiao.
I hope we get to visit it again before we leave TW or come to visit it again next time we...

肉品 極上各國和牛雙人套餐2980(+1成) 日本、美國、澳洲和牛 裏面有搭配海鮮 草蝦2、白蝦4、干貝2、鮑魚2
海鮮推估 龍蝦4/5冷凍(沒點但是用問的) 干貝M號(生食等級)、白蝦用4/5、草蝦用6P大小、鮑魚1斤18顆的(猜的),皆為冷凍海鮮。
肉跟海鮮佔比 肉:海鮮=8:2
菜單 菜單設計多樣化,要吃普通的肉、海鮮,到貴的肉跟龍蝦都有,多樣化設計是優點也是缺點,容易引發選擇障礙,不過店員很仔細在介紹,也隨時來關心用餐狀況,語氣親切,我覺得很加分! 不過仔細思考其實這樣會讓人有想再訪的「慾望」,畢竟沒有吃到的東西下次會想再來點來吃。
先說結論 🌟肉品種類真的豐富 一起呈現的擺盤跟呈現也是很吸睛 也有小卡片標記各種肉品,提升價值(至少讓人知道你吃的是什麼肉,雖然吃完你應該不會記得😂)
而海鮮對我來說已經是看的有點多⋯ 所以不要太特殊 我都估計的了 大概目測+討論+價位就能猜出規格 🌟海鮮表現相對是弱(沒有師父說的好)
湯頭選擇多 除了原湯之外,其餘湯頭都需要加價調整。(估計用一種原湯+各種調味即可,利潤也會出現在這) 在等待的同時看了外面電視牆傳達的品牌形象,就是天然蔬果熬製湯底,沒用大骨熬湯底是因為店內都是高脂肪的肉品,煮下去會太油膩。 🌟湯頭味道是不錯的👌🏻,原湯即有淡淡的鹹味。
醬料 醬料選擇多,醬油、日式醬油,沙茶、 蔥、蒜、辣椒、烏醋、水果醋、橙醋醬、蘿蔔泥、胡麻醬、泰式酸辣醬、招牌芝麻醬、秘制辣醬、鎮江醋、檸檬汁、海鹽。 我估計是用大量醬料,讓客人吃肉不會過於膩,畢竟店內的肉都相對高油脂,而且什麼醬都能拿,會有種占有的滿足感。(我曾經一種醬吃一堆肉,很膩,造成肉多好吃也無感) 我大概都試了一下
🌟橙醋醬,胡麻醬、招牌芝麻醬、秘制辣醬,是很特殊的醬料,沾肉沾菜都不錯,會嚐到不同的風味,覺得挺推薦。
飲料區 有咖啡機(雀巢、星巴克) 有各種罐裝飲料、飲料機 🌟身為一個星巴克常客,我要說味道是星巴克,但濃度只剩1/3😵💫 而要喝原版星巴克,我觀察後能按了咖啡機,讓他先出水不要接,然後後面再接濃縮咖啡,後面再跟店裡要咖啡😂😂😂😂
