The burgers hit the spot. I liked the hash brown included as a patty inside the burger, which gave it a nice crunch. The meat patty could have been thicker and more seared since it didn't ooze with the beef flavor I liked, but there was nothing offensive about it. The cheese dripped with truffle sauce was a nice add as well, though I think a few pieces of grilled mushroom would've kicked it up a notch. The avocado was good and plenty in the burger (318). Not cheap but includes good fries. Cheese mash was disappointing. They were strict about kicking out costumers who walked in after 8:30pm at exactly 9pm, giving very little time to eat after they took 15 mins to prepare the burgers, even though the staff seemed like they still needed plenty of time after 9pm to perform closing tasks. I had to wolf down my burger. Not a complaint but my suggestion for a friendlier policy would've been to just close the door to customers at 9pm but allow customers who are still eating to have until 9:30pm to finish eating at their leisure while the staff finish closing tasks. Credit cards...

Got the custom burger (Rye bread, beef patty which is automatically medium-well done, 1 slice of cheese, iceberg lettuce even though I asked for arugula, thin slice of tomato, some relish, and their sauce). It comes with a side of fries and a refillable drink.

Custom burger is NT240 +39 to make it a meal (fries and drink).

Maybe I'm picky but whenever I see a burger come out with the patty smaller than the bun, it's minus points for me. Aside from that, the patty texture was a bit mushy and tasted not 100% beef. The rye bun was slightly too soft for my liking, and couldn't really hold up the burger well.

I will say that the fries were delicious. They were cut thick enough and fried perfectly. Not too bland or salty.

Also got a side of mozzarella sticks and onion rings to share. Both were quite good.

Better than other spots in Taipei for sure. Price is affordable as well. However if I was looking for a quality burger, I wouldn't...

Super super spot on greasy, thick, deep fried and saucy American burgers!! As authentic as it gets for a high quality sit down Western burger! We demolished a guac and jalapeno burger and also a tornado burger. The portions are huge and you definitely will need the complimentary plastic disposable gloves they give you 😂 the fries are super crispy and delicious, and burger orders over 250 come with complimentary thick cut bacon or deep fried chicken filet- and they get added inside the burger! So I got the bacon and my partner got the fried chicken and while both are very good I definitely am team fried chicken filet! The staff is super friendly and chatty, and the interior decoration is really retro-American charming :) the fried appetizers look super good (fried mozzie sticks and onion rings) and the chicken burgers and fish burger with tartar sauce are next on my to-try list!!
