Read moreI ordered beef ball + rare beef noodles for 130nt and shrimp/pork rice paper roll for 65nt. I'm from California so I'm used to awesome Vietnamese food. Compare to USA these servings are a bit smaller. The roll was solid. 7/10. The pho was average at best. I arrived when it opened 11am so when soup was way to bland and wasn't exactly piping hot that was a bit disappointing. The rare beef quality is good which is a plus, in my experience many other Taiwan Viet food places use sub quality beef cuts which I find annoying. The beef balls wasn't to my liking however, all of it had tiny bits that required a bit of chewing I'm guessing it was tendon pieces. Overall I'd give it a 3.5 star for now. I may return to try...
