The best pork bun I've tasted lately, crunchy outside, super juicy inside, freshly prepared, a gem in Shilin. It's worth a trip, you cannot miss it. Usually there's a cue, but it is pretty fast. Don't do like me, take more than one, otherwise you have to do the queue again. Service is fast, if smiley would be the top...

Super yum when hot and fresh, and the line is speedy!! Chewey outer skin with a crispy fried bottom crust, and the pork is super juicy and flavorful Perfect snack for walking around! And at 15nt each, such a steal! Two options, meat (pork) or...

因為我仨離開吃吃看之後，發覺到了士林夜市還是太早了點，無奈之下只好把車停進地下停車場內。那時疫情尚未大爆發，偌大的夜市跟以往相比顯得十分蕭條與冷清。別的不說，單單進停車場一事就可看出。過去要想排進去，那還真不知道要排到猴年馬月才進得去？那日幾乎可以說是到了隨到隨停的境界，正常緩緩跟車滑入停車場而已。但士林夜市的蕭條可真與疫情有關，我倒不這麼想。

在夜市幾條擺攤群集的巷弄中閒晃，跟過去真如猶如晏嬰形容臨淄城內「人肩摩」相比，現如今又有如白居易所說門前冷落車馬稀。這景象文林路上更是鮮明的對照，隨眼沿路看到店面招租的比例應該有個三成？這真不是我印象中的士林夜市，但我上次來士林夜市應該也有個三五年前了？

士林夜市的水煎包有很多攤，多到不需要搞清楚。但印象中路口附近這幾家我都吃過，只能說排隊人多的不一定好吃，沒人排隊的味道更是普通。對於包子我是有點辨識度和有那麼點堅持的，所以不願意去跟著排隊。他倆去買了幾個，我也只分了一個嘗嘗味道。只能說剛出鍋，那熱騰騰，油光水滑的模樣立刻入口，那味道是還過得去的，接著就是滿嘴的味精味──其實味精也不是那麼十惡不赦的東西！只是吃多了感覺口渴難耐而以──吃哪家其實不重要，因為就只是去夜市吃個排隊氣氛而已。

士林夜市的特點大概只剩下：重覆與坑殺外地客！
