平淡天真てんまさ鮨处 Ten Masa — Restaurant in Songshan District

My boyfriend and I booked ahead & confirm the set on the phone with them (we choose the most expensive set $4,500 they have for dinner menu). The service was mediocre, and the food surly wasn't worth $4,500! The sushi chef gave us a lot of fried stuff & the fish for sushi were the normal ones that you can get a set for only $1,800. Overall NOTHING WOW for this overpriced dinner. At the end, the sushi chef gave us the chirashi, it was only the ikura, no uni or anything fancy like the picture everybody else took. It was a Saturday night, so normally you would expect a crowd or at least other customers in the restaurant. But, we were their only customer from the beginning until we left the restaurant (We arrived at 7 pm & finished around 9 pm). After the dinner we know why there weren't any customers even on a Saturday night... Sigh... what a disappointment... we should've gone to other high end omakase places that we...
