Very quiet and neat hot pot place unlike many which is crowded and noisy Service is prompt and the only reason I give a four for the service is I had asked for a second spatula for the prawn paste , it just never comes The hot pot is unique as the spice is separated from the hot pot and gradually moves its way into the hot pot from the separate compartment as you dine The healthy soup base has Chinese medicine in beef stock , not salty and no msg . If you asked for non spicy dipping sauce to go with your food , you would not regret it . It is made in house - not sure what it is but goes really well...

One of the best hotpots in my opinion. They market themselves serving organic produce, and overall their stuff is pretty fresh. 星期天（昨天）帶著家人前往用餐，入座時被帶往隔壁的分店就座。過程中請店員續杯梅子醋三杯，店員告知需要20分鐘，約莫過了20-30分鐘再次詢問，店員依然告知需要再等，再等了20-30分鐘後，此時店員加碼回應會再前往隔壁主要店面拿取。

為了一個飲料等了將近一個小時，而用餐時間卻限制兩小時，所以我親自前往隔壁主要店面索取三杯梅子醋，企圖直接解決這樣的問題。告知櫃台小姐來意後，櫃台小姐回應會給我，但也是讓我等了一下。索性我就直接前往廚房方向走，向飲料機前的某位男店員告知我需要三杯梅子醋，也告知了我們在隔壁為這飲料苦等了將近一個小時。該男店員告訴我梅子醋還在製冰，要再等等……好吧～那就再等等吧！就在回頭的路上越想越不對，我已經等了一個小時耶！加上用餐限制兩小時，我究竟什麼時候才可以拿到？於是我又折回詢問該男店員我們何時可拿到。 當我走回男店員面前時，正好看到他手持杯子正準備裝梅子醋～～等等……那剛剛跟我說還在製冰是在裝傻嗎！！！！還是你們的製冰效率這麼高，只須十幾秒就好？？？該男店員發現我看到了，裝了兩杯梅子醋給我，第三杯必須還要再等！

過了一段時間，第三杯加上一壺的梅子醋送到我們的桌上！說是這一壺的梅子醋讓我們喝完時還有得補充，到此時已經有超過一半的用餐時間都在等待這杯梅子醋，就算直接過去拿也是被搪塞推託，此時再給我們一大壺不知道有何意義！家人後來有聽到服務分店的唯一女店員說，因為杯子來不及洗所以沒有容器可以乘裝。責任歸屬與我無關，但這樣的情況導致我們家庭聚餐為了一個飲料等了一小時左右，這樣的服務內容當真對的起我付的一成的服務費！！！

對我而言，儘管我花錢，但我不是大爺。我不苛求獲得特別待遇，我只要求當我與別人花相同的錢的同時，能夠獲得與其他顧客一樣的「一般」待遇。希望任何看到這篇文的任何一個人可以思考一下，若是你點個餐等了一個小時還要你繼續等，當你發現店員可能忙不過來時直接前往主要店面索取而企圖直接解決問題時，另名店員不只叫你繼續等還裝傻機器正在製冰，當發現該店員拿著杯子正準備裝飲料的時候卻還只肯給我兩杯，另一杯還要繼續等。這個時候，你會有什麼樣的感受？在這一連串的事件之後，送我一張肉品兌換卷只讓我覺得我的...
