Would not recommend this place unless you are their regular. We have a reservation at 9:15 and when our group got there, there was no table ready for us. I saw our reservation but someone wrote it 9:45 but it was obvious someone changed the 1 to a 4. There were empty tables but they gave that to a group who was inside a private room. The staff wanted us to go to the private room but we declined as you wouldn’t be able to see the band from that room. We waited for more than half an hour and the staff just walked past us every time. We left and went to Smexy instead which was a better choice as the place was cleaner and the staff...

Opening the elaborate bronze door of China Pa is like walking back in time to the Qin Dynasty, reminding us of First Emperor’s great feats: from uniting the written words, wheel track measurement, measurement units to conquering Six Kingdoms then uniting China. He also built one of the eight great wonders of the world, The Great Wall and Emperor Qin Shihuang’s Mausoleum and the Terra-cotta warriors.

China Pa’s cuisines have the essence of traditional ways , at the same time infusing modern concept and flavor, creating one after one extraordinary new Chinese cuisine. 雲南冷牛肉(Cold Beef Marinated in Yunan Sauce)is unique in its combination of sweet, spicy and sour flavors; the meat is thin, tender and fresh, using American Choice beef tenderloin, this delicacy is second to none. 西汁青芥蝦球(Prawn Balls w/Wasabi Mayonnaise)’s meat is plump and juicy, covered with light spicy green wasabi, this is definitely a gourmet’s top choice.嫩烤青醬羊肋排(Grilled Lamb Chop w/Pesto Sauce), with assorted vegetables, choice spice and special secret sauce, this dish is tender and juicy, designed to capture your heart. Overall, fun bar with quirky/mostly good live music. Westerners may find some of the set list a little strange, but it's a fun set nonetheless, just odd song flow. Interesting cocktails and great bartenders/wait staff. The Qin setting is also pretty unique. One of the few bars in Zhongshan area that seems to draw some English speaking folks for those seeking some Western comfort.

Owen, the bartender, has been phenomenal. Highly recommend for both groups and...
