這間是友人從小吃到大的老店，這次來饒河夜市剛好來嚐試看看老店的好味道!

🐂牛雜湯 💰100/碗

有牛肚、牛腸、牛腩、牛筋 以及中藥材回甘的鮮甜湯頭 放上幾片九層塔的香氣提味 沾上店家調配的蒜蓉醬油膏 更加帶出牛雜內臟原先的甜 各種牛雜嚼勁Q彈脆口口感 恰似台南牛肉湯現沖的滋味

這家招牌有斗大「米其林必比登」字樣的牛肉麵攤位，我經過不下數十次，因為用餐環境看起來不優，所以沒吃過，在疫情嚴峻之時，經常空無一人，現在疫情緩和遊客較多，總算客人數較多了，今天風和日麗，遊客擠爆饒河夜市，許多攤位都要排隊，這攤位人也不少，心想再不來吃看看，之後國境更加開放，怕要排隊才能吃，於是外帶兩碗回家陪小孩吃，湯麵可以分開，其實單看價位不算貴，與社區型的牛肉麵店價格相當，只是現場用餐環境較差，所以選擇外帶。

我手拎著裝牛肉麵的塑膠提袋，搭乘捷運回家，雖然我已經多包一層，在捷運車廂內仍有散餘的香味溢出，我盡量移位到人少處，避免讓人肚子感到空虛，回家後，小孩剛好打完電玩中場休息，蹦蹦跳跳開心迎接晚餐，沒想到喝下的第一口牛肉湯，哇的一聲，直說好鹹，但湯頭算好喝，每碗牛肉麵都是三塊牛肉，對照每碗110元的價格倒也還說得過去，但平常口味清淡的我，勉強喝下兩口湯就投降了，原來美...

五十多個人評價，網評3.1，不可思議，人到底是誰殺的？

有些人說份量太少，漲太多了，我個人不認同。夜市賣牛雜麵，這樣的份量很適合，要不然怎麼吃得下其它的小吃呢？至於價格呢？我三十年前就常來吃，在萬物皆漲的年代，他家能不漲嗎？

我覺得這家的3.1顆星絕對是錯殺，甚至於是謀殺？人客倌啊！他家的清燉牛雜湯蠻OK...
